Job Description:

LEARN Behavioral is looking for a Graphic Designer contractor to work 20-30 hours a week supporting our mission of helping children and students with special needs find success. The ideal candidate should live and breathe design, typography, color theory, and composition and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Under the supervision of the Creative Director, you will be responsible for developing a wide variety of creative assets and marketing collateral (print, web, CRM, social, slide decks, etc.) to support external and internal business objectives.

Requirements:

• Demonstrates advanced knowledge and application using Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Designs within company brand guidelines and identity manual.
• Possesses strong understanding of multimedia design including web, email, and social media.
• Executes sharp designs with an eye for detail and execution.
• Identifies as a self-starter, open-minded, enthusiastic, and adaptable.
• Has the ability to manage multiple projects and remain flexible through multiple revisions while keeping a keen attention to detail.
• Participates collaboratively with marketing team members with the ability to brainstorm, develop, and present new ideas.
• Proficient in PowerPoint and Microsoft Office.
• Experience designing for digital and print, preferred.
• Experience using Microsoft Teams and Microsoft SharePoint, a plus.
• Experience using (url removed), Asana, or alike, a plus.
• Designs animated content using After Effects, a plus.

Additional Information:

Pay rate: $30/hr
