Job Description

As a Designer at Pretty Little Thing, your responsibilities include:

• Designing and developing ranges (softs and wovens) in line with current trends, customer profiles, and brand direction
• Continually looking for new and innovative designs
• Focusing on creating designs for short and long lead time departments
• Working closely with Senior Designers and the Head of Design

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Proven experience in a previous design role (multi-product womenswear preferred)
• Experience in managing and developing a team
• Excellent skills with CAD systems such as Photoshop and Illustrator
• A trend leader mentality and comfortable working at a fast pace

• Travel: Some travel required to supplier bases and between London and Manchester offices
