Job Description:

We’re seeking a skilled freelancer to assist in creating a comprehensive PDF document from Google Worksheets. The task involves compiling a scheme of work for each term (Autumn, Spring, and Summer) across different year groups (Years 1-6). We will provide all the necessary links to the worksheets for integration into the PDF. A scheme of work has been created so this is a simple case of using the current data and making it more user friendly. The objective is to embed links to these worksheets within the PDF, ensuring seamless navigation.

Key Deliverables and Milestones:

• Compile worksheets for each term (Autumn, Spring, Summer) for Years 1-6.
• Integrate hyperlinks to respective worksheets within the PDF document.
• Ensure all links open in new windows for easy access.
• Implement a system within the PDF that enables students to track completed/attempted worksheets.
• Ensure a user-friendly feature that indicates the completion status of each worksheet.
• Adhere to the provided colour scheme while designing the PDF.
• Maintain visual consistency throughout the document for a seamless user experience.
• Modify the settings on the worksheets stored in Google Drive, including removing mandatory fields requiring student names or emails.
