Project focus:
Working within a Spanish health insurance company, you will assist on a new project to expand insurance offerings for pets, vet practices, and pet stores.
Tasks:
- Quantitative and qualitative research
- User interviewers
- Interview finding evaluation and synthesis
- Presentation creation
- Identify the customer journey and their pain points
Requirements:
- Proficiency in English and Spanish
- Prior experience in strategic design
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Ability to conduct user interviews and evaluate findings
