Job Description:

Magnify is seeking a motivated Web Designer to join our team for a 6 month contract-to-hire position at our media-focused client in Scottsdale. As a Junior Web Designer, you will be responsible for duplicating and creating landing pages, maintaining existing pages and funnels, and ensuring a seamless and visually captivating online presence for our brands. The ideal candidate has a discerning eye for design, proficiency in website-building platforms, and the ability to collaborate effectively with a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and duplicate websites and pages using platforms such as ClickFunnels and WordPress
• Build and maintain funnels and automations in Keap CRM
• Conduct thorough testing of websites and funnels for functionality
• Collaborate closely with team leader to understand project requirements
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices

Requirements:

• 2+ years of working experience in web design
• Proven experience in website and funnel building with a portfolio
• Familiarity with website building platforms such as WordPress and ClickFunnels
• Basic knowledge of HTML & CSS is a plus
• Awareness of the impact of work on capturing customer attention
• Excellent written communication skills
• Proficiency in Keap CRM or any CRM experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Self-motivated and forward-thinking
• Availability during regular working hours and flexibility for projects outside normal working hours
• Problem-solving skills

Skills:

• Portfolio showcasing website and funnel projects
• Familiarity with CRM/Automation funnel tools
• Website design knowledge without coding involvement
• Tech-savvy with experience in various applications
• Proficiency in Keap/Infusionsoft, ClickFunnels, Fix Your Funnel, Facebook Business Suite, WordPress, project management software, ZenDesk, Slack, Adobe Photoshop, Canva, and analytics code installation
• Project-based workload management
• Experience in live calls, opt-in pages, social media tagging, and SMS platform configuration
• Expertise in managing reply recordings and course setup
• Technical support during courses
• Facebook group management and posting call replays
• Live event support, including order forms and landing page setup

• The position is fully on-site in Scottsdale
