Job Description

Requesting high-energy, creative people who love working events and connecting with our attendees. Hiring big smiles and amazing energy individuals. With a good angle, personal equipment, and focus on excitement during the event. Part-time event-based position for a freelance photographer. Social Scene (BeSocialScene.com) is all about community. Our “why” - connecting people, building relationships, and creating memories at our events. Let’s create some amazing memories together! The shift would be 3.5-4 hours. We need an applicant for Dec 31 from 930PM-1AM. Please let us know if you are available. Must send examples of photo content and past work. Please share a reference as well.

Requirements

• Must have personal equipment including a camera and flash for lighting
• Must have a smartphone to download Whatsapp for communication
• Ability to attend a 15-minute training session before the event
• Ability to answer 4 questions after the event for feedback
• Availability on Dec 31 from 930PM-1AM for the specific event
• Ability to provide examples of past work and a reference
• Must be located in or willing to relocate to Chicago, IL 60661 before starting work

Extra Details

• 200 photographs from the event must be shared via Google Drive

Payment

Payment is $175-$225 for the whole project. We pay half upfront on the event date. The second half of payment is sent upon delivery of photos 2 business days after the event. We pay via Venmo or ACH (Bank Transfer).
