Location: Seattle, WA

Contract: Temporary, Full-time

Job Description:

Our creative team is the visual driving force behind all branding, content and experiences within the Paula’s Choice brand. When you join our design team, you become a key partner who will collaborate closely with channel partners and become an expert in that channel to optimize results.

As a Temporary Digital Designer, a typical day might include a mix of the following:

  • Create assets and collaborate on design strategy for the Acquisition and Affiliate channels.
  • Develop campaign assets, paid social ads and various site graphics; both still and animated.
  • Work within an agile team structure, communicating closely with internal DTC partners to optimize and design new & existing collateral that aligns with business objectives.
  • Work with lateral creative team members on 360 campaign development and execute to consistent standards.
  • Identify areas of opportunity to streamline processes and increase productivity & quality of design executions.
  • Provide overarching support to creative team members as necessary.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned by your manager.

Requirements:

  • Online portfolio showing competency in digital graphic design abilities, as well as your creativity and attention to quality and detail.
  • 3+ years of experience in graphic design and production
  • Digital design skills including site, email and display
  • High proficiency in Adobe Design Suite, with an emphasis in Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop
  • Ability to effectively assess priorities and work well under tight deadlines
  • Exceptional time management and problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong production skills with the ability to take direction while collaborating with a wide variety of team members
  • Top notch verbal and written communication skills. Ability to gain a full understanding of the scope of each project and how to present and explain the design methodology as well as your ideas
  • Stable work history

Other Information:

Location: Remote, U.S. based role

Hours: Typical PDT business hours

Physical requirements: Ability to handle both sitting and screen time for long periods of time

Travel requirements: None

Approximate Salary Range Based on Experience and Location: 40.00 - 50.00/ Hourly USD
