Job Description:
As Contract Senior Art Director, you’ll be the rock leading our existing creative team while you conceptualize, execute, oversee, and deliver entertainment-based campaigns ranging from social creative, to video executions, to digital OOH (big bonus if you have experience with key art.) You’ll be a hands-on design leader creating campaigns for some of the best known television networks, streamers, and film studios in the world. If you are resourceful, impossibly creative, innovative, forward-thinking, and collaborative, we’re off to a great start!
Requirements:
- 10+ years experience as an Art Director at a media organization and / or creative agency
- Experience in Social, Video, and Digital OOH (Print experience is a huge bonus)
- Strong project management and leadership skills
- Ability and experience collaborating with and leading a team
- Ability to prioritize workload and assist on timeline creation for projects
- An incredible eye for design— of course!
- Proficiency in all programs of Adobe’s Creative Suite (with a focus on After Effects and Photoshop)
- Ability to translate client feedback into constructive, inspiring, and creative direction and guidance
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in an often fast-paced environment
- Assist in identifying and assigning the appropriate freelance talent as needed
- A deep understanding of the properties of all major social platforms: Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and TikTok
- Experience concepting for and art directing photo / video shoots
- Experience creating pitch and presentation decks and presenting concepts to clients
- Proficiency in Google Docs / Slides / Sheets
- Strong communication skills
