Job Description:

• Phoenix-based real estate research firm has contracts available for photographers in or willing to travel around the greater Greenville/Spartanburg metropolitan and surrounding areas to take basic EXTERIOR property photographs of roughly 22 MULTIFAMILY/APARTMENT/STORAGE/OFFICE properties starting ASAP and lasting approx. 1 WEEK.
• 15-20 unedited photos of the buildings exteriors should be taken and uploaded via Dropbox link.
• Each property will take about 10-15 minutes to photograph as these are exterior shots only.
• Photographers may be able to photograph 2-3 properties an hour, as assignments are clustered based on location.
• Work is not intended for professional photographers but some photo experience is required.
• Applicants must have a digital camera, high-speed Internet, and reliable transportation.

Requirements:

• Photographers must be 18 or older.
• Must be local to the greater Greenville/Spartanburg area.

Additional Information:

• Location: Greenville/Spartanburg and surrounding areas
• Compensation: $15 per property for apartment/office properties, $12.50 base rate for self-storage
• This is a contract job.
