Job Description:

This individual will be working on mechanical construction drawings using Revit and AutoCAD for MEP drawings. They will be completing the design of HVAC, plumbing and piping systems. This individual will be working with a team of Project Managers and project engineers to complete the drawing requested by their clients. This individual must be comfortable being able to take projects and run with them, comfortable doing the design and drafting.

Requirements:

• Mechanical design experience
• HVAC knowledge
• Proficiency in Revit
• Mechanical engineering skills
• Piping design experience
• AutoCAD proficiency
• Commercial experience
• Ability to work in teams

Additional Information:

Commercial experience is necessary as the individual will be working within teams at this company. They have large repeat clients like Dollar General and Dollar Tree that they roll out stores for. The individual will be doing the design for these stores on their own and will also work alongside a team on larger commercial projects.
