Job Description

The CRM Campaign Manager role sits within Specsavers Marketing department, comprising roughly 70 members based in Melbourne, and works collaboratively with a global brand function. The role involves implementing CRM communication strategies and executing campaigns to deliver on core KPIs, including customer retention, re-activation, and churn reduction. The CRM Campaign Manager will work with the marketing planning team, develop campaign briefs, collaborate with designers and developers to execute CRM campaigns, and utilize test and learn frameworks to optimize conversion, engagement, and customer experience.

Note: This is a non-supervisory role without direct reports.

Requirements

  • Experience in direct marketing or CRM, preferably in a fast-paced environment working with eDM, SMS, and direct mail (experience with mail houses is desirable).
  • Demonstrated experience in executing direct CRM activity and reporting on CRM campaigns.
  • Experience working in larger organizations, including in a trade environment, and with large customer databases.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a data-driven mindset.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
