Job Description:

As a Social Media and Marketing Specialist you will be directly involved in maintaining and enhancing our image on Social Media. You will also be involved in the marketing efforts of the company to help promote our events and mission within our community.

Job Schedule:

Monday through Friday.

Weekend availability upon request.

Social Media:

• Overseeing our Facebook, Instagram, and building our Tik Tok accounts.
• Manage, develop and oversee social media strategy, content and calendar (daily/weekly).
• Incorporate brand colors and imaging professionally in a visually appealing way.
• Create all content across platforms.
• Respond to inbound social media traffic.
• Find and engage new potential influencers.
• Generate monthly statistical reports with social analytics and trends to track growth.
• Measure web traffic and monitor SEO.
• Increase social media following.
• Update website accordingly.

Experience:

3 years of Social Media experience required.

Proven track record of successfully maintaining Social Media sites.

Marketing: 3 years Location: Boston.

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google analytics.
• Experience in managing and maintaining a website.

Education:

High school or equivalent (Preferred)

$22.00 - $26.00 per hour
