Job Description

We are currently looking for a talented UX Designer with a strong background in user experience design. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating intuitive and visually appealing designs that enhance user engagement and satisfaction. As a UX Designer, you will be responsible for designing wireframes, prototypes, and user interfaces for various digital platforms.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze user requirements
• Creating user personas and conducting user research to inform design decisions
• Designing wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups using industry-standard tools
• Collaborating with developers to ensure the implementation of designs
• Conducting usability testing and incorporating user feedback into iterative design processes
• Staying updated on industry trends and best practices in UX design

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in UX design, HCI, graphic design, or a related field
• Proven experience as a UX Designer, preferably in a fast-paced environment
• Strong knowledge of user-centered design principles and methodologies
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, or Figma
• Experience with prototyping tools such as InVision or Marvel
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a cross-functional team and adapt to changing priorities
• Portfolio showcasing previous UX design work

Additional Information

This is a hybrid onsite role based in Chicago, IL, USA. Local candidates are preferred, but remote candidates may be considered. Travel may be required occasionally for team meetings or client engagements.
