Job Description
The key accountabilities for this role include:
- Supporting and leading overall brand campaigns
- Leading external media and creative agencies in creating new campaigns
- Leading internal cross-functional team in supporting project launches
- Managing the local marketing mix
- Executing brand campaigns and innovations
- Frontlining day-to-day brand operations
- Delivering business results
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing or sales
- Experience in beauty & personal care category is a plus
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of communication development, media planning process, public relations, and e-commerce
- Strong analytical skills and experience in sales analysis, P&L, and budgeting
- Excellent English language communicator
- Experience in managing relationships with various stakeholders
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams and working with external agencies
