Job Description

Our client is a social-creative agency currently looking for an experienced and versatile Social Media Designer with a creative mindset, who enjoys working within a collaborative and fast-paced environment. In your role, you’ll be creating new concept designs for new social campaigns and strategies, ensuring their novelty and attraction. They are seeking an individual that has great attention to detail, with the responsibility to deliver creative social media work to use across a variety of channels.

Responsibilities

• Managing the creative ideation and conceptions of ideas for statics, as well as motion graphics.
• Producing and delivering creative and considered social media design works for all digital outputs.
• Responsible for creating pitch decks to present concept ideas to both the team and clients.
• Being organized and proactive, supporting the marketing team and wider digital design team in meeting deadlines with efficiency while maintaining high standards.
• Assisting in the monitoring and reporting of the various campaigns/strategies performance.
• Having a keen interest and passion in social media, always up to date with new trends to eventually use for idea conception.

Main Requirements

• 3+ years social media agency experience
• Proficient in the use of Adobe Creative Suite - specifically AfterEffects and also Capcut
• Excellent skills in creating/shooting agile short-form videos content (TikTok / Reels)
• Animation / digital drawing experience is also desirable
• A Social-Native - great passion and knowledge of social media

Other Information

• Location: Hybrid / London, UK
• Salary: £40K - £45K
• Start Date: ASAP (6 Months FTC)
