Responsibilities:

• Actively incorporate user feedback into the development process to enhance user experience and product effectiveness.
• Work closely with designers, developers, and product manager to ensure a seamless integration of front-end and back-end functionalities.
• Conduct rigorous testing of the product to identify and resolve any bugs or issues, ensuring a smooth and reliable user experience.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of the development process and report progress regularly to the product manager.

Skills and Requirements:

• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in front-end technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Angular.
• Familiarity with advertising technology concepts and trends.
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve complex problems efficiently.
• Capable of adapting to changing project needs and deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective team collaboration and documentation.

Nice-To-Haves:

• Knowledge of Agile development practices.
• Ability to propose innovative solutions and ideas to enhance the product and user experience.
• Keen eye for detail, ensuring the highest quality in the product’s user interface and functionality.

The Interview Process:

• Intro Call (15-20 minutes)
• Panel Interview (45 minutes)
• Final Round Interview (30-45 minutes)
• Meeting with management
