Job Description:

The Christian Broadcasting Network (CBN) is seeking a talented Digital Marketing Specialist for a temporary position in the Development Integration Department. The specialist will assist with social-media advertising and execution of ad campaigns for CBN brands across digital channels. They will create and deliver ad campaign insights using reporting and analytics tools to assess campaign performance.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing
• Hands-on experience with marketing tools and platforms such as Facebook, Youtube, X, Instagram, Pinterest, Google and Bing
• Experience with CRM systems, integrations and features preferred
• Strong understanding of customer segmentation and targeting along with customer lifecycles
• Strong understanding of social media and ad platform analytics to drive leads, donations, brand awareness including providing recommendations on creative best practices
• Knowledge of best practices, strategies, and industry standards related to digital marketing
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced organization with high attention to detail
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish rapport with all levels of management, staff, and outside public
• Flexible with the ability to work under pressure and consistently meet deadlines.
