Job Description:

As an expert in the technologies used by the team, the candidate will be responsible for following team technical decisions and utilizing business knowledge. They should be able to work with minimal supervision and provide direction and improvement to a small team. The candidate should also take on team level responsibilities and identify and resolve in-depth needs.

The candidate will work with product and design leads to translate stakeholders’ ideas into technical solutions. They should have effective communication skills, able to communicate with both technical and non-technical individuals at all levels. The candidate will design and develop robust, highly scalable client-side and server-side components adhering to architecture standards. They will also collaborate with the team to leverage unit tests effectively to ensure code quality.

The candidate should be able to provide Tier 3 production support, troubleshooting complex technical issues through debugging, research, and investigation. It is important to note that the responsibilities outlined are not all encompassing, and other duties, responsibilities, and qualifications may be required or assigned as necessary.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Javascript, Node JS, HTML, CSS, React with Hooks, and Typescript
• Ability to work with Git
• Experience in orchestrating pipelines using Gitlab (CI/CD)
• Ability to work with API’s
• Familiarity with Unit Testing
• Ability to collaborate with UI/UX designers and provide design feedback/suggestions
• Good communication skills and ability to work with product team to understand requirements and provide feedback
• Working knowledge of AWS Services (Lambda, EC2, ECS, ECR, S3, and RDS) (Nice to have)
• SQL skills (Nice to have)
