We work in industries such as addiction recovery, regenerative medicine, mental health, marketing, non-profits, entrepreneurial SaaS, personal health, and fitness. We are seeking a Web Designer who has a flair for design and a passion for contributing to impactful projects.

About the Role:

• Web Design: Conceptualize and create a visually stunning and easy to navigate website that aligns with Crafted’s brand.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the team to understand our brand, goals, and digital requirements.
• SEO and Digital Presence: Apply SEO strategies to optimize content and improve search engine rankings.

Expected Outcomes:

• Week 1: Learn Crafted’s brand guidelines and present initial design concepts.
• Week 2: Conduct an on-site team photo session and refine the website design.
• Week 3: Launch the modernized website with integrated photos and advanced SEO techniques.

Requirements

• Based in Denver, CO
• 3+ years of web design experience
• Proficiency in SquareSpace
• Proven ability in implementing SEO strategies
• Basic photography and editing skills
• Strong project management, communication, and collaboration skills
• Openness to feedback and a positive attitude

Nice to Have

• Experience in UX/UI design
• Front-end development skills (HTML, CSS)
• Experience with small businesses or startups

Additional Information

• Flexible hours: 5-20 per week
• Hourly Rate: $24 to $30
• Total Project Budget: $1000-1500
• Mostly remote with occasional in-person meetings
