What a Video Editor does at EA: As a Senior Video Editor, you will report to the Lead Video Editor and work with a creative team of artists to ensure our marketing content is delivered at the highest quality and competed on a world class level. You will take the lead in driving the creative vision and direction of video projects, overseeing the editing process from concept to final delivery. Act as the primary editor for key projects, showcasing your expertise in storytelling, pacing, and visual aesthetics. Additionally, provide guidance and direction to other video editors, inspiring them to deliver their best work and ensuring the cohesion and consistency of the project.

This role is hybrid based, working between our Guildford-based studio and your home address.

Requirements:

Required Qualifications: - An editor with a track-record of delivering multiple successful projects - 7+ years’ experience, ideally in a senior role - Experience cutting picture, sound, and music within a commercial environment - Motion graphic skills - Deep passion and insight into the latest trends, techniques, and social networks - Solution focused with the ability to dive technically deep while still focused on deadlines - Storytelling editing skills - Experience with multiple formats and can identify graphical, editorial trends - Set clear priorities to complete work tasks, allocating resources efficiently - Knowledge of Adobe Premiere, After Effects, and solid knowledge of Creative Suite - Solid knowledge of computers and video post technology, pipelines, and workflows - #LI-Hybrid, #FlexibleWork
