Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled UI Programmer/Designer with expertise in Angular, Microsoft MVC, .Net Core, Blazor, ASP .Net, and API integration. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces that align with our business objectives. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, translating design concepts into responsive web applications, and ensuring seamless API integrations. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in UI design principles, proficiency in Angular, and a proven track record in .Net Core development. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are crucial for success in this role.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science or any related technical field; or equivalent related professional experience.
• 5+ years software engineering experience with expertise in frontend technologies like JavaScript, HTML/CSS, Angular, ReactJS, MVC, Blazor and ASP.
• Excellent knowledge of software engineering best practices (e.g. Agile software development, test-driven development, unit testing, code reviews, design documentation, etc…)
• Outstanding communication skills, ability to establish and maintain a close working relationship with distributed team members and business partners.
• Strong technical proficiency, capable of problem-solving and applying critical thinking.
• You enjoy and take pride in the work of your team. You focus on the team’s success and have a strong desire to lead by example.
• Growth mindset and ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Additional Information:

• Experience in multiple programming languages and frameworks.
• Experience testing web-based applications with REST APIs
• Experience with build automation, continuous integration, or continuous deployment tools such as Git, DevOps, etc.
• Adaptability in using a variety of programming languages and tech stacks, with a focus on choosing the right tool for the job.
• Strong communication skills and highly effective collaborator.

Job details:

• Work Location: Hybrid remote in Puyallup WA
• Job type: Contract for 6 months or more
• Pay: $85 - $95 per hour
• Expected hours: 40 per week
