Job Description:

As a UX Designer, you will be responsible for conducting user research, designing intuitive experiences, developing wireframes and visual designs, and validating solutions with users. You will collaborate with engineers, product managers, and other designers to improve the user experience. Additionally, you will analyze data to identify design improvements, contribute to design team initiatives, and adapt your design process to each project’s needs. This is a contract-to-hire position.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in UX Design
• Proficient in UX, interaction design, information architecture, usability evaluation, and user research
• Familiarity and experience with Figma and Adobe suite
• Experience with A/B testing and user research
• Strong visual design skills
• Experience building prototypes of varying fidelities
• Experience designing consumer applications for mobile (desktop and web experience beneficial)
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Additional Information:

• This is an on-site position
• Contract will convert to a full-time position
• Salary range: $35.00 to $45.00 per hour
• First Shift (Monday through Friday)
