Job Description:

Join our team as a UI/UX Designer and play a key role in shaping the future of our analytics offerings in the UK Banking sector. You’ll collaborate with business teams, designing end-to-end user journeys within brand guidelines to effectively convey key messages. Bring your expertise in financial services, particularly payments, and contribute to delivering high-conversion front-end experiences.

As part of your duties, you will be responsible for:

  • Working with business/functional teams to understand user journeys and identify key messages required to be conveyed to facilitate offering the VCAS to their end-customers
  • Designing required end-to-end user journeys with focus on conveying key messages identified
  • Working within Client’s brand guidelines

Requirements:

Qualifications and experience we consider to be essential for the role:

  • Experience in Financial services (preferably payments)
  • Previous experience working in UK Banking domain is important
  • Proven experience of working as a UI/UX Designer in Payment space of Banking
  • Experience designing front end user journeys delivering non-simple messages to consumers
  • Track record of excellent conversion from these journeys
  • Capability to work within a corporate organisation’s brand guidelines
  • UK banking experience preferred
  • Be able to guide the client with best practices
  • Open to manage rapidly evolving business requirements
  • Strong blend of technical & project management skills
  • People skills including strong communication & stakeholder management

Skills and Personal Attributes:

  • Proficiency in UI/UX design tools (e.g., Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma)
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
  • Ability to translate business requirements into intuitive interfaces
  • Knowledge of responsive design and latest industry trends
