Job Description

Cumberland Hospitality Group is seeking a talented and versatile Graphic Artist with expertise in digital content creation, including videos, to join our creative team. As the Graphic Artist - Digital Content Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping the visual identity of our diverse portfolio, which includes restaurants, entertainment venues, and various businesses. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for design, proficiency in multimedia creation, and a passion for producing engaging visual content.

Responsibilities

  • Graphic Design:
  • Develop visually compelling graphics for a wide range of marketing materials, including print collateral, promotional materials, signage, and digital assets.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all design elements and marketing channels.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to bring creative concepts to life.
  • Digital Content Creation:
  • Produce high-quality digital content, including videos, animations, and interactive visuals.
  • Conceptualize and execute visually appealing video content for social media, websites, and other digital platforms.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to incorporate innovative and captivating design elements into digital content.
  • Multimedia Production:
  • Edit and enhance video footage, ensuring seamless transitions, engaging narratives, and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create multimedia presentations and promotional materials for events and marketing campaigns.
  • Collaboration:
  • Work closely with marketing, social media, and content teams to understand project requirements and deliver compelling visual content.
  • Collaborate with photographers, videographers, and external agencies to coordinate photo and video shoots.
  • Portfolio Management:
  • Organize and maintain a digital asset library, ensuring easy access to graphics, videos, and other design elements.
  • Provide creative input and guidance on the overall visual direction of projects.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of projects.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and video editing tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to create compelling and engaging digital content.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
