Job Description
We are seeking an energetic and creative Associate Designer with experience in women’s/junior’s fast fashion. The position has the potential to grow into a full-time role. The ideal candidate will have the ability to flat sketch, possess spec knowledge, have fabric and trim knowledge, and have CAD and Photoshop skills. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and basic computer skills is required. A passion for the junior and contemporary fashion market is also important. The ability to handle multiple tasks is crucial. Having a car and insurance is a plus as there may be a need for running errands and sample drop off. This is a great opportunity to join our small garment company as we continue to grow.
Requirements
- Associate degree preferred
- 1 year of experience in garment construction
- 1 year of experience in fashion design
- 1 year of experience with Adobe Illustrator
- In-person work location

- Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
- Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
- Expected hours: 25 per week
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
