Job Description:

Our main client work at Outwork Social is producing a large volume of short form 9x16 videos for clients in a single day. We work with various clients across all kinds of industries week to week. This role will be working from home unless on shoot days or otherwise specified. Duties include capturing high-quality video footage, editing raw footage to create engaging and compelling short form videos, collaborating with the creative team to develop concepts, ensuring all videos adhere to brand guidelines and client expectations, and managing and organizing video files and assets.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a videographer/editor or similar role
• Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro
• Experience with photography is a plus
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Experience using studio lighting
• Strong client facing social skills

Additional Information:

• Experience shooting/creating short form content for brands
• A portfolio showcasing videography and editing skills
• Must have own transport
• Ownership/knowledge of operating Sony A7SIII/FX3
• Knowledge of current videography techniques and equipment
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously
