Job Description

Looking for a passionate photo cum videographer who can work with our organization on project-based work. The candidate will be provided transportation facilities for moving around project locations. The candidate should be based in Bangalore.

Job Role Description

• Product Photography & Videography: Capture high-quality images and videos of beauty products, ensuring they are visually appealing and showcase their features and benefits effectively.
• Creative Direction: Contribute to the creative direction of photoshoots and video shoots, ensuring alignment with the brand’s aesthetics and values.
• Editing: Edit and retouch photos and videos to meet brand standards and enhance their overall quality.
• Studio Setup: Manage and maintain photography and videography equipment, studio lighting, and props.
• Location/Event Shoots: Organize and execute on-location photo shoots, ensuring all logistical aspects are well-coordinated.
• Collaboration: Work closely with models, makeup artists, and stylists to ensure the best results for each project.
• Content Library: Organize and manage the digital asset library, ensuring easy access to photos and videos for various teams.
• Willingness to support weekend marketing campaigns when necessary.
• Any tasks or projects as assigned by superiors/Company.

Requirements

• Proficiency in photography and videography equipment, including DSLR cameras, lighting setups, and editing software.
• Creative and artistic eye for composition, lighting, and visual storytelling.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to consistently deliver high-quality work.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of current industry trends and techniques in beauty photography and videography.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
