Job Description:

The role includes the following key responsibilities:

• Partnering with Business and Journey Owners to understand the Insurance business landscape, strategy, OKR’s, and key initiatives.
• Leading and owning the customer and employee experience design strategy for Insurance Journey.
• Leading and guiding multi-disciplinary teams through the company’s human-centered design process.
• Overseeing the delivery of high-quality Experience Strategy deliverables.
• Crafting tangible and compelling Experience Vision presentations.
• Leading and motivating design colleagues through hands-on design direction.
• Building and maintaining strong, collaborative relationships with business, product, and technology partners.
• Promoting cross-disciplinary collaboration and knowledge sharing.
• Ensuring a holistic and integrated approach across the Enterprise.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of proven experience conceptualizing complex, transactional experiences at Enterprise or consumer-focused companies.
• Experience with Agile methodology.
• A solid understanding of all creative disciplines (experience strategy, design research, interaction design, visual design, copywriting).
• Proficiency in Figma and Fig Jam Collaboration.
• A passion for design with proven experience in product and service design.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Highly self-motivated, organized, and accountable.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Versatility and flexibility; comfortable with ambiguity and able to prioritize work.
• Skilled at conflict resolution and negotiation.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
