Job Description:

The Creative Designer will work as part of the Employer Brand Team at EY UK. They will be responsible for developing concepts, designs, and innovative ideas for employer brand campaigns. They will also manage design projects from concept through production, prioritize work, and meet client commitments and deadlines. The Creative Designer will collaborate with colleagues in the team as well as clients in the wider EY business and external providers and specialists.

Requirements:

• Substantial experience in employer brand, corporate brand, or customer marketing design
• Technical skills in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, AfterEffects, PremierePro, and PowerPoint
• Ability to create and execute clear project plans
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Results-driven
• Leadership skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Other Information:

• Full-time Fixed Term Contract (12 months)
• Hybrid working – some presence in the office required (but currently opportunity to work mostly from home) and occasional travel
