Job Description

The UI/UX Project Manager will be responsible for strategizing and managing UI/UX projects, implementing design and enhancing user experience on web applications. They will incorporate feedback into design iterations, develop prototypes, and modify designs. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of design principles, usability, and user-centered design.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

• At least five years of relevant work experience in strategizing and managing UI/UX projects
• Experience implementing design and enhancing user experience on web applications
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar
• Understanding of interaction design, information architecture, and prototyping
• Ability to implement new design trends, tools, and technologies
• Familiarity with front-end development technologies and coding languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus

Desirable Qualifications:

• Experience in strategizing and managing UI/UX projects, preferably in the education sector
• Experience in strategic design of online web applications
• Experience in developing and managing the design process with project leads and focus groups
• Understanding of data systems and design
• Development of screen mock-ups and prototypes using interactive wireframes (low to mid fidelity)
