Job Description:

We’re looking for a polished and poised copywriter who can craft compelling stories to promote great products and turn fans into lifelong customers. This is a freelance, remote position that requires the ability to create clear and attractive copy with a distinct voice. You will be responsible for creating copy for social marketing posts on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and blogs. Additionally, you will write copy for landing pages, email creatives, banner ads, and other materials geared towards direct sales. Collaboration with designers and marketers on marketing projects across various verticals is a must. Conducting high-quality research and interviews and using SEO principles to maximize copy’s reach are also important aspects of the role.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a copywriter and content strategist, with a strong eCommerce or direct response background
• Versatile eCommerce or digital portfolio showcasing work with different audiences and verticals
• Ability to find new ways of connecting audiences with products they’ll love
• Knowledge of online content strategy and creation, with experience in SEO
• Excellent writing, researching, editing, and proofreading skills
• BA in Marketing, English, Journalism, or a related field

Additional Information:

This is a freelance, remote position.

Collaboration with integrated marketing teams is required.

Experience in health/wellness, beauty, fashion, and eCommerce verticals is preferred.

Presentation and collaboration skills are essential.
