Job Description:
As a Training Content Designer, your main role will be to participate in various business operations to ensure success in meeting business goals and objectives. You will identify opportunities for process improvement and conduct root cause testing of compliance and business metrics. You will review and research strategies, establish effective processes, and present recommendations to develop, implement, and monitor strategic approaches. Additionally, you will provide guidance in diverse support functions and operations for a single business group.
Requirements:
- Must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S.
- Experience with Instructional Design and content creation
- Strong skills with Microsoft PowerPoint
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, and Teams)
- Background with Adobe products such as Acrobat DC, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Audition, Framework, and Captivate
- Possess Adobe certifications
- Financial Services background (preferred)
