Job Description:

Eastern Research Group (ERG) is seeking a part-time to full-time graphic designer to join their award-winning graphics team. The designer will be responsible for conceptualizing and designing materials in various media formats such as print, digital, web, video, social, and interactive media. They will create high-quality videos that meet accessibility standards and work closely with a team of designers and account managers to brainstorm ideas. The designer will also collaborate with account managers and clients to guide the creative process.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a design-related field
• 3+ years of professional experience supporting graphic design projects
• Strong and diverse art portfolio demonstrating mastery of design fundamentals
• Knowledge of industry standards, requirements, and development processes for print and digital products
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud software, including InDesignCC, IllustratorCC, PhotoshopCC, AfterEffectsCC, PremiereCC, and DreamweaverCC
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask, balance multiple design projects, and meet client-driven deadlines
• Attention to detail
• Portfolio showcasing innovative digital media features
• Experience in WordPress design and development
• Illustration skills
• Experience in animation
