Job Description:

Epitec is seeking a Motion Graphic Designer at our Rapid City location, where you will play a pivotal role in creating compelling animations, motion graphics, and 3D assets. Working within a positive and engaging culture that thrives on urgency, you will collaborate with the team to deliver high-fidelity animations, market-ready content, environments, and 3D visualizations to enhance our Advanced Content Experience. This Graphic Designer position requires hybrid work (on-site Monday - Wednesday) with core hours from 8am to 3pm MST. Candidates must be available to commence work between 6am and 8am MST. Additionally, there is flexibility in the work schedule, offering the option of either four 9-hour days plus a 4-hour Friday or five 8-hour days.

Requirements:

- 2-year technical degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, or similar field.

- 1-3 years of relevant experience.

- Deep proficiency in After Effects, Adobe software, and Autodesk Maya/Max.

- Strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.

- Understanding of modeling, animation, and rendering is desirable.

- Familiarity with additional 2D software, storyboarding, and forward-thinking approaches is a plus.

- Excellent time management and communication skills, both independently and within a team setting.

- Presentation skills are advantageous.

Additional Information:

- Candidates must be able to work on-site Monday to Wednesday with core hours from 8am to 3pm MST and be available to start work between 6am and 8am MST.

- The work schedule offers flexibility with the option of four 9-hour days plus a 4-hour Friday or five 8-hour days.

- The position pays $20 - $22/hourly depending on optional benefits plans.
