Job Description:
As the UX Project Lead for User Research International (URI), you will be responsible for coordinating and managing UX projects. This includes communicating project details, planning and managing team capacity, setting up client meetings, overseeing project progress, and delivering client presentations. You will also assist in research planning and design, session preparation, moderation, and data management.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a professional UX researcher
- Experience testing products in professional research labs
- Hardware testing experience, preferably with AR, VR, and wearable technologies
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Interaction Design, Human Factors, Cognitive Science, Psychology, or related field
- Strong understanding of UX design principles and design thinking process
- Practical experience in project management, leading research projects and overseeing the work of other UX researchers
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Experience with managing multiple projects and team resources
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
