OLIVER - UX Copywriter (FTC - 6 months)

Job Description:

The UX Copywriter will work alongside product owners, designers, and developers to develop personal finance product experiences and supporting content. They will be responsible for creating a world-class app and web experience, serving as the voice of UX writing and tone of voice within their project team.

Requirements:

• Experience developing copy for apps and websites and collaborating with stakeholders
• Strong understanding of UX best practices, micro copy, and testing and iterating journeys
• Ability to turn complex ideas into clear, concise, and compelling copy
• Ability to work independently to develop initial drafts and collaborate with stakeholders for sign-off
• Comfortable working with legal and compliance stakeholders
• Experience working with other writers to refine standards and guidelines
• Demonstrable background in writing for digital and UX
• Strong understanding of branding, tone of voice, and content strategy
• Experience working in agile product development teams
• Experience editing the work of other writers
• Experience in a regulated industry, preferably in financial services

• Location: London, Canary Wharf (Hybrid; 2 days onsite)
• Contract: FTC - 6 months
• Workload: Mostly remote with visits to client offices 1-2 times a week
• Team: In-house copy team within the client’s organization
