Job Description:

• Ads UX Program & Ops managers help our UX teams operate effectively and strategically, through the delivery of end-to-end program management.
• As a UX Program Manager, you keep the big picture in focus while being able to dive into the unique customer challenges we face daily.
• Partner with allocated UX teams to understand program and operations needs.
• Manage the UX design and review process within UX and across a team of Product Managers, Eng, and Technical PgMs.
• Collaborate with UX team leadership in defining team priorities, oversee key project decision-making, including requirements gathering, scheduling, resource allocation, and coordination of teams and approval processes.
• Acquire proficient skill level of and drive end-to-end execution of TVC and Opex management systems and tools (e.g, xWS/Supplier engagement, Navigo and Simba completion, SOW setup, PO management, etc.)

Requirements:

• UX Program & Ops managers: 5 years (Preferred)
• UX design Program Manager: 5 years (Preferred)

Salary: $80.00 - $92.00 per hour
