Job Description

This is a 12-month contract position with no extension at this time. The role is remote.

Responsibilities include:

• Developing requirements in service-related programs
• Developing training and staff development programs for GE Healthcare Multi-Vendor team
• Developing Multi-vendor EPSTs (service manuals) and Training
• Working with the Capability Program Manager to determine project plans
• Working with SMEs to produce content for documentation and/or training
• Re-writing existing content for use by the intended audience
• Developing documents in Adobe FrameMaker and implementing links
• Converting documents to Adobe PDF format
• Using photos in the documents, enhancing and annotating them
• Creating flow charts, simple line art graphics, and screen captures for use in the documentation

Requirements

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years experience in documentation/training development
• Ability to work effectively across functions to deliver results and execute multiple commitments within the Global Environment
• Multitasking abilities to drive critical issues simultaneously
• Resourcefulness, commitment, interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
• Software skills in Adobe FrameMaker, Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Visio, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience with quality management systems
• Experience in the healthcare industry and medical system product knowledge

Other Information

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $31.03 per hour
