Job Description
This is a remote position for an Instructional Designer with a Developer background. The role involves owning all phases of course design and development, including needs analysis, instructional material development, and deployment. The designer will lead or participate in cross-functional improvement projects, manage training programs, develop learning resources, work with subject matter experts, create course evaluations, and utilize multimedia technology and e-learning authoring tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s in Education - Instructional Design preferred
- Minimum of eight (8) years of Instructional Design experience
- Experience using multimedia technology and e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Camtasia, Captivate, Lectora, Snag-It)
- Ability to lead, manage, and collaborate on training programs with subject matter experts
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in course evaluation and modification based on effectiveness
