Job Description:

We are looking for a 2D Animation Counselor who will be responsible for teaching animation techniques to camper groups of varying ages. The counselor will work with four campers at a time, helping them enhance their technical skills through projects they define themselves. Other duties include designing instruction, implementing curriculum, and uploading final projects for campers to take home.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate should have expertise in software such as Adobe Animate or Dragonframe, artistic and creative skills, and the ability to teach animation to campers. Multiple or cross-discipline skills are a plus. Possession of a valid First Aid/CPR/AED certification is required or the ability to obtain one.

Additional Information:

• Hours: 8am-4pm, Monday through Friday
• Training: Staff training is mandatory before camp begins
• Camp Dates: Multiple sessions from June to August
• Compensation: Paid bi-weekly at a rate of $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
