Job Description:
The Instructional Designer position for Orion Group involves facilitating the development of instructional design assets to enhance learning experiences remotely for a multinational pharmaceutical client. The role requires collaborating with subject matter experts to create engaging course content and learning environments. Responsibilities include applying instructional design theory, utilizing multimedia tools, and ensuring high-quality learning experiences.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required
- Experience: 2-4 years in training/instructional design
- Key Competencies: Strong project management, communication, and team orientation skills
- Expertise in rapid instructional design development and tools such as Articulate, Vyond, Canva, and video editing software
- Experience organizing and facilitating online and live workshops
- Ability to gather feedback and address learning gaps in the development process

- Job type: Full-time, Contract, Temporary
- Pay: Rates vary based on candidate location and health benefits
