Job Description
Under the supervision of the Marketing Director, the Graphic Designer will be responsible for developing visually compelling user experiences for various marketing materials including web pages, sales collateral, digital ads, and event materials. They will manage brand consistency, review and approve creative materials, and create all visuals for annual conferences and events.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should have a degree in graphic design or a minimum of 3 years of professional graphic design experience. They must possess a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in campaign execution, logo design, typography, web layout design, PowerPoint templates, print production, and photography retouching. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is required, including Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop. Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask, and work under tight deadlines are essential. Basic knowledge of Adobe After Effects is a plus.
Other Information
Schedule: Work schedule is Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Must be able to work in-person and hybrid, with at least 4 days per week at the Tennessee Tower in Nashville, TN.

Salary: $20.00 - $25.18 per hour
