Job Description
Level All is seeking a creative Product Designer to research, design, innovate, and prototype user experiences and interfaces for all audiences. The role involves developing and maintaining a formal design system, collaborating with engineers, partners, and stakeholders, and advocating for strong design thinking throughout all projects. This position reports to Level All’s Sr. Product Manager.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design
- Portfolio showcasing user experience and interface design competencies
- Proficiency in Figma and other design tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Sketch
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices
- Proven experience in building excellent consumer products
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced and iterative design process
Additional Information
The annual total compensation for this position is expected to be between $100,000 - $140,000. Salary levels may change based on job performance over time. Successful candidates may be eligible for stock-based compensation and/or variable pay programs. Level All does not provide work authorization and/or visa sponsorship.
