Job Description

The Blue Ridge Consultants team is seeking a Marketing Specialist to manage the company’s social media presence, email communications, content creation, and marketing activities across various channels. This remote role requires a proactive and creative individual with strong digital marketing strategies understanding. It is a part-time position of 25-30 hours per week, working remotely from 8AM-1PM ET, Monday-Friday.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include managing the company’s LinkedIn and Twitter/X presence, utilizing marketing platforms for campaigns, running incentive campaigns, creating marketing emails, collaborating with the marketing team, monitoring social media analytics, and supporting other marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields, proven experience in social media or digital marketing, strong communication skills, proficiency in marketing automation platforms and email marketing software, familiarity with design principles, analytical mindset, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote, team environment.
