Job Description

We are seeking a talented and creative Web Designer to join our team. As a Web Designer, you will be responsible for designing and creating visually appealing websites that are user-friendly and engaging for our group of companies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into functional and aesthetically pleasing designs.

Duties:

• Design and create visually appealing websites using industry-standard design tools such as wordpress/ magenta etc
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather project requirements and translate them into functional designs
• Conduct user research to understand user needs and preferences
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design concepts
• Implement responsive design principles using frameworks such as Bootstrap
• Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless integration of design elements into the final product
• Perform website maintenance tasks such as updating content, fixing bugs, and optimizing performance

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Web Designer or similar role
• Proficient in using design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Balsamiq, InVision, and Adobe Illustrator
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Angular
• Experience with wireframing tools and techniques
• Familiarity with user research methodologies
• Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
