Job Description

This role is for a student with a strong background in web development and a passion for technology. The firm is a privately held organization in the political tech sector in the US and is expected to grow rapidly next year. The responsibilities include developing a prototype platform, creating an interactive website with payment features, and effectively communicating technical concepts to team members and stakeholders.

Requirements

The successful candidate should have a passion for web development and coding, aiming for a long-term view with a startup mindset. They should be pursuing or have recently completed a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields from a top UK university. Knowledge of UI/UX design principles, prior experience in software development projects, creativity in problem-solving, teamwork skills, eagerness to learn, and awareness of intellectual property rights and ethical considerations in software development are essential.

Compensation

Until a funding round is closed, no base salary will be provided. However, equity in the firm will be offered along with a base salary upon successful fundraising by the end of the year, subject to performance.
