Job Description:

As a UI Designer for our client, you will collaborate with the internal IT team to design user interfaces for client accounts. Responsibilities include understanding business requirements, creating visually consistent designs, developing UI design deliverables, managing design libraries, ensuring compliance with branding requirements, conducting testing, and optimizing software and business processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or professional training in UI Design, Web Design, Graphic Design, or related field preferred

• 3-5 years of experience in web and application design

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

• Proficient in responsive design, grid principles, and industry tools such as Sketch, XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and InVision

• Experience with user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards

• Knowledge of cross-platform and accessibility testing, HTML, JavaScript, and CSS

• Familiarity with rapid prototyping, digital analytics, user research methodologies, copywriting, tag management, and analytics
