Job Description
This role at HSBC offers an opportunity to work on a new initiative to modernise the Core Banking estate and deliver new foundational capabilities. The Journey Designer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and solve customer and business problems, design end-to-end flows, conduct user testing, and ensure products adhere to design standards.
Requirements
- Demonstrable success in designing consumer-facing mobile products in banking/finance areas
- Experience in Agile methodologies and teams
- Strong UX/UI skills, understanding of design best practices, and experience with design systems
- Passion for user-centered design and creating solutions for real people
