Social Media Manager is needed in Columbia, United States.

Client: ERA Wilder Realty

Location: Columbia, SC

Contract: Part-time

Job Description

  • Greet and serve clients, prospects, and guests to provide a positive impression for agents and the company.
  • Manage and order office supplies within budgetary constraints.
  • Answer and transfer phone calls with a multi-line phone system.
  • Provide general office support to the Broker In Charge and other employees.
  • Assist in preparing and managing documents from Agents during processing.
  • Maintain BIC’s schedule and assist in various office tasks and projects.
  • Assist with online reputation management, light marketing projects, and social media management.

Requirements

  • Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent, some college preferred, or relevant experience.
  • Experience: 2-3 years of office administration experience required, preferably in Real Estate.
  • Skills: Good communication, multitasking, collaboration, social media management, design, and creative thinking skills.
  • Must be consistent, reliable, team-oriented, and not interested in sales.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Google Account, social media platforms, Canva, and willingness to learn new software tools.
  • Experience or interest in AI platforms like ChatGPT, Gemini, CoPilot is a plus.

  • Job Type: Part-time
  • Pay: From $21.25 per hour
  • Expected hours: 25 - 30 per week
  • Benefits: Flexible schedule
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday
  • Experience: Microsoft Office: 2 years (Preferred), Administrative experience: 2 years (Preferred)
