Job Description

The Multi-Disciplinary Designer will be the creative engine behind Dame, responsible for conceptualizing and executing designs that embody the essence of our brand. This role requires a blend of creativity and practical skills, encompassing both marketing and product design to ensure a unified and distinctive brand identity.

Accountabilities

• Steward Brand Guidelines: Maintain Dame’s brand integrity across all design initiatives
• Design Brand Assets: Craft compelling digital, print, and product designs that communicate the brand’s values
• Manage Design Projects/Productions: Lead design projects from inception to completion
• Vendor Communication and File Hand-off: Serve as the primary liaison for design-related vendor interactions
• File Organization: Implement meticulous file organization practices for seamless access and use of design assets

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience as a designer with a digital-first focus
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator), Canva, and various page builders
• Experience in marketing and product design with successful brand projects
• Exceptional communication abilities
• Strong organizational skills, especially in file management and project deadlines
• Creative and strategic thinker, capable of translating brand goals into visual stories
